Holiday Leave Application Form

Take a break, Apply to use any of your Holiday Leave Entitlement using this form. Remember to provide adequate notice, and do not under any circumstance book your holiday prior to written consent being given, as leave may not granted during our busiest periods especially Feb - May, Sept - October if adequate cover is unavailable


The holiday year runs from 1st January to the 31st of December.  You are entitled to 28 days each year which will include the 8 statutory bank holidays for full time employees, or pro-rate for part-time (as shown on your welcome letter) :-

  • New Year’s Day
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • May Day
  • Spring Bank Holiday
  • Summer Bank Holiday
  • Christmas Day
  • Boxing Day


We must receive a minimum of

  • 1 Weeks Notice for 1 to 2 days leave
  • 3 Weeks Notice for 3 to 4 days leave
  • 2 Months Notice for any 5 to 10 days leave

A maximum of 10 days leave during any continuous period, with any additional days granted on the sole discretion of the Managing Director

All holidays must be booked via the completion of our holiday request form, which will be approved on first come first served basis, and at the discretion of management according to business needs

Holiday entitlements will not be unreasonably withheld however Management will have to regard the needs of the business before the request is approved
